Shipping policy
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. Occasionally, USPS may mark packages as delivered a day early, so we recommend waiting one business day if your package has not arrived. If your package is still missing, reaching out to your local mail delivery office can offer quicker and more effective assistance. Inquire about the delivery details for that day, including the carrier who delivered the package. Both USPS and UPS are accustomed to such inquiries and typically provide helpful information. Please note that we do not offer store credit, refunds, or replacements for orders marked as delivered but not received.
If your package is returned due to an address issue, please contact us. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges to resend your package, regardless of whether you initially paid for shipping or received free shipping. Please be aware that we do not modify your shipping address from what you've provided or saved in your account. We cannot assume responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses or forwarding problems.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping and delivery timeframes may vary depending on location.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chelle Bloom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chellebloom888@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
